Attorney Taylor Hoskins Named to 2024 The National Trial Lawyers “Top 40 Under 40”

We are proud to announce that Attorney Taylor Hoskins has once again been named to the National Trial Lawyers 40 Under 40 list for her exceptional work as a Florida civil plaintiff trial lawyer. For the third year in a row, Taylor joins an elite group of the top 40 attorneys from Florida under the age of 40.

Launched in 2012, The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40 is a professional organization comprised of America’s top young trial attorneys. Membership in the group is invitation-only and extended exclusively to individuals who exemplify superior qualifications, trial results, and leadership as a young trial lawyer.

Taylor is a highly skilled trial attorney and head manager of the Hoskins Injury Group. She specializes in personal injury and wrongful death claims.  Although early in her career, Taylor demonstrates exceptional prowess as a plaintiff trial attorney. She secured a $1.35 million dollar jury verdict at the age of 26 and has represented hundreds of clients and their families on the Treasure Coast.

Taylor’s practice focuses on representing clients who have suffered injuries due to accidents caused by someone else’s negligence, including car accidents, truck accidents, bicycle and pedestrian accidents, slip and falls and wrongful death cases. She is known for her meticulous preparation, strategic negotiation skills, and unwavering commitment to justice. Taylor’s clients appreciate her compassionate demeanor and her ability to simplify complex legal concepts, ensuring they are fully informed and confident throughout the legal process.

As a proud lifelong, fifth-generation resident of St. Lucie County, Taylor is an active member of her local and legal community. She is part of the St. Lucie County Bar Association, where she has served as treasurer, secretary, vice president, and president. She is also an active member of the Indian River County and Port St. Lucie Bar Associations, as well as the Treasure Coast Justice Association, where she served in all leadership positions on the board. She is president-elect of the board for the Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Lucie County and has served as board chairmen for the Florida’s Coast to Heartland Chapter of the American Red Cross and sat on the leadership board of the United Way of St. Lucie County’s Women United.
