Randy Zeldin was born in New York City. He attended Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, and obtained his law degree from Brooklyn Law School in Brooklyn, New York. He comes from a proud family of distinguished attorneys, including his grandfather Abraham Leventhal, Esq., a famed personal injury attorney in Brooklyn, New York.

After moving to South Florida, Randy Zeldin was named Assistant City Attorney for West Palm Beach, Florida, where he was an advisor to the Code Enforcement Board and the Zoning Board of Appeals. After starting his solo practice of Randy Zeldin, Esq., P.A., he was appointed as municipal law judge (aka “Special Master”) for the Town of Ocean Ride and the City of West Palm Beach. The Judicial Nominating Committee of the Florida Bar selected him for the position of Judge of Compensation Claims and Governor Jeb Bush selected him as a finalist for the position of Judge of Compensation Claims.

Throughout his distinguished legal career, Attorney Randy Zeldin has practiced law as a solo attorney in Palm Beach County, Broward County, Martin County, and St. Lucie County. He focuses on helping working people throughout South Florida obtain the Social Security Disability benefits they deserve. Even in cases where medical evidence is limited because individuals do not have health insurance, he has successfully secured benefits for hundreds of deserving applicants.
