Pierre Daniel

Attorney Pierre Daniel is a results-driven personal injury litigator with more than 15 years of legal experience across a range of practice areas, including personal injury, medical malpractice, health law, and commercial matters. A licensed member of the Florida Bar since 2011, Pierre brings a wealth of courtroom knowledge and pre-suit negotiation experience to his role as a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney at Hoskins, Turco, Lloyd & Lloyd, where he is dedicated to fighting for the rights of individuals injured through the negligence of others.

Pierre’s legal career began at the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court in Miami, where he served as a law clerk for the Honorable Scott J. Silverman. That experience gave him an invaluable behind-the-bench perspective that has informed his advocacy ever since. He went on to serve as an associate attorney in Coral Gables before joining the Law Offices of Gary, Williams, et al. in Stuart, where he served as lead counsel in the firm’s medical malpractice department, supervising a litigation support staff of paralegals, legal assistants, and registered nurses, and playing a key role in resolving more than $6 million in lawsuits in 2016 alone.

Pierre later broadened his legal expertise by serving as General Counsel for a specialty pharmacy operating in 38 states, where he advised on complex regulatory, compliance, and commercial matters before returning to his passion for plaintiff-side litigation. Most recently, Pierre spent nearly seven years at Rubenstein Law in West Palm Beach, where he managed a caseload of more than 300 personal injury files and recovered over $14 million in pre-suit settlements on behalf of his clients.

Now, as a member of the Personal Injury Department at Hoskins, Turco, Lloyd & Lloyd, Pierre handles all phases of litigation — from drafting pleadings and conducting discovery to taking depositions, preparing motions, and advocating at mediation and trial. He represents clients injured in motor vehicle accidents, premises liability incidents, and other matters arising from the negligence or wrongful conduct of others. Pierre understands that no two cases — or clients — are alike, and he is committed to providing the personalized, strategic representation each client deserves on their road to recovery.

Pierre earned his Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law in 2011 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from Barry University, where he graduated with a 4.0 GPA and was named to the Dean’s List. He is admitted to practice in Florida and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
